Tririse is a CRM and outreach application operated by RiseGrid Solutions ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information Tririse handles, why, who else processes it, how long it is kept and the choices and rights you have. Please read it together with our Terms of Service. Contact: contact@risegridsolutions.com.
1. Who is responsible for what
Tririse is used by organizations ("customers"), such as agencies and service teams. For the account details of the people who use Tririse, we are the controller. For the leads, contacts and other records a customer enters or imports into its workspace, the customer decides why and how they are used and we process them on the customer's behalf, following its instructions. If you are a person whose details a customer holds and you want to see, correct or delete them, ask that customer first. We will help the customer respond.
2. Information we handle
- Account information: your name, work e-mail address, role, sign-in credentials (passwords are stored only as secure hashes) and, where enabled, your authenticator-app setup.
- Organization information: the organization's name, sending domains, company profile, writing rules, promotions, roles and the people it has invited.
- CRM data you enter or import: leads, contacts, companies, deals, tasks, notes, proposals, invoices, projects, support tickets and files, including rows imported from a spreadsheet you choose.
- Connected-account data: if you connect Google or Zoho, the access tokens needed to act for you, kept encrypted, and only the data described in sections 3 and 4.
- E-mail activity: the outreach e-mails sent through Tririse, their delivery status, replies to those e-mails, bounces, unsubscribe requests and, if you enable it, open tracking.
- Automation and audit records: workflow definitions and run history, and a record of sensitive changes (who did what and when).
- Messages you send us: what you write in the website contact form, request-access form or a support ticket, and the e-mail address you give us.
- Technical information: basic server logs such as time, request address, device and browser type, used for security, abuse prevention and fixing faults.
3. How we use Google user data
When you connect a Google account, Tririse requests only the access it needs for the features you use:
- Google Sheets (read, and optionally write): to import the leads from the spreadsheet you select and, if you allow it, to write a status back to that sheet.
- Gmail send: to send the outreach e-mails you create and approve, from the mailbox you connect.
- Gmail read: to detect replies to those outreach e-mails so they appear against the right lead and so follow-ups stop. Tririse looks for replies to its own campaigns. It is not used to browse your mailbox.
Tririse's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models, and do not allow people to read it except where you ask for support, where it is needed for security or to follow the law, or where it is aggregated and anonymized.
4. Zoho and other connected services
If you connect a Zoho mailbox, Tririse uses it in the same narrow way: to send the e-mails you approve and to detect replies to them. Mailbox and provider credentials are stored encrypted and are never shown again after they are saved. You can disconnect any service at any time in settings.
5. AI-assisted drafting
To write a personalized e-mail, Tririse sends the relevant lead details, your company profile, your campaign instructions and any promotion you attached to the AI provider configured for your organization (for example Groq, OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini). Only the fields needed for the e-mail are sent. Fields from a spreadsheet are given to the AI strictly as data, and instructions hidden inside a cell are ignored.
If you use AI reply classification, the text of a reply to your campaign may also be sent to that provider to label it (for example interested or unsubscribe). Nothing else from your mailbox is sent. Data is sent only to produce the result you asked for. AI drafts can contain mistakes, and a person reviews and approves what is sent. The AI never sends anything on its own.
6. Why we use information, and our legal bases
- To provide the service you asked for, including sign-in, imports, drafting, sending, reply handling, CRM, billing records and support (performance of a contract).
- To keep Tririse secure, prevent abuse and fix faults, including protecting the sending reputation of our infrastructure (legitimate interests).
- To answer your messages and requests (legitimate interests, or steps before a contract).
- To follow the law and respond to lawful requests (legal obligation).
- For anything else, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We do not use it to profile people for marketing.
7. People who receive outreach e-mails
If you received an e-mail sent through Tririse, it was sent by one of our customers, not by us. Every outreach e-mail carries an unsubscribe line. When you unsubscribe, your address is skipped in that customer's campaigns from then on, and a reply, bounce or unsubscribe stops any follow-ups to you. To ask a customer what it holds about you, or to have it deleted, contact that customer. You can also write to us at contact@risegridsolutions.com and we will pass your request on.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
Tririse uses only the cookies it needs: a secure, HTTP-only session cookie that keeps you signed in, and security cookies that protect forms and sign-in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The marketing website does not load third-party trackers. Your browser may store small preferences such as a remembered tab or filter on your own device.
9. Where data is stored and who processes it
Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database and private file storage provided by Supabase, and served by our application hosts, Render (backend) and Vercel (website and web app). Website contact-form messages are delivered by e-mail through our own mailbox provider. The services you connect (Google, Zoho) and the AI provider your organization selects also process data as described above. These providers act on our behalf, under their own terms and security commitments, and may only use the data to provide their service to us. Each organization's data is separated from every other organization's by access rules in the database as well as in the application.
10. How we share information
We share information only with the providers named in section 9, with the organization you belong to (its administrators can see its people, roles and records), where you ask us to, where the law requires it, or in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization of our business, in which case we will tell you and the same protections will continue to apply. We never sell it.
11. How long we keep data
- Organization data is kept while the account is active so the service works.
- Connected-account tokens are removed when you disconnect the account.
- Deletion: when an organization asks us to delete its data, or its account is closed, we delete its CRM data, files and stored credentials. Backups age out on the provider's normal schedule, and we may keep a minimal record where the law requires it (for example invoices and audit entries).
- Suppression: we keep the unsubscribe record for an address so that it is not e-mailed again.
- Contact-form messages are not stored by the website. They are e-mailed to us and kept only as long as needed to answer you and keep a reasonable record.
- Server logs are kept for a short period for security and fault-finding.
12. Your choices
- Disconnect Google or Zoho at any time in Tririse settings, and revoke access in your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Ask us to export or delete your account and organization data at contact@risegridsolutions.com.
- Turn open tracking on or off in your campaign settings.
- People who receive outreach e-mails can opt out with the unsubscribe link in each message.
13. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Pakistan, California and some other US states), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how it is used, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise a right, write to contact@risegridsolutions.com. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we will answer within a reasonable time and in any case within the period your law requires. We will not treat you worse for using your rights.
14. Security
We use encrypted connections, encrypted credential storage, role-based access, optional authenticator-app sign-in, administrator-provisioned accounts (there is no public sign-up), per-organization data separation and a history of sensitive changes. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will tell the affected customers without undue delay and as the law requires. See also our Security page.
15. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for the protection of personal information, such as standard contractual clauses.
16. Children
Tririse is a business tool and is not meant for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
17. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for material changes we will give customers notice in the app or by e-mail before they take effect.
18. Contact
