Terms of Service

Last updated 14 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Tririse, operated by RiseGrid Solutions ("we", "us"). By signing in or using Tririse you agree to them, on your own behalf and for the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact: contact@risegridsolutions.com.

1. The service

Tririse is a CRM and outreach platform. It imports leads, drafts personal e-mails with AI for a person to approve, sends them from mailboxes you connect, handles replies, follow-ups and unsubscribes, and supports deals, proposals, invoices, projects, support, automations and a client portal. Features may change as the product develops.

2. Access and accounts

3. Your data

You own the data you put into Tririse, and you are responsible for having the right to use it, including to import it and to contact the people in it. You allow us to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. You can ask us to export or delete it at any time.

4. Sending e-mail responsibly

You are responsible for every e-mail sent through your workspace. You agree to:

We may pause or stop sending that appears abusive, is generating complaints, or harms the reputation of the sending infrastructure, and we will tell you when we do.

5. Approval and AI-written content

Tririse drafts e-mails with AI. Drafts can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Nothing is sent until a person with permission approves the campaign, and approval is withdrawn if the prompt, company profile, senders, sheet tab or promotion changes. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve, for any claims, prices and offers it contains, and for the outcome of sending it. Do not use the AI features to produce unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.

6. Connected services

When you connect Google, Zoho or an AI provider, you also agree to that provider's terms and are responsible for your use of your account with them. Our use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect any service at any time. We are not responsible for outages, limits or changes made by those providers.

7. Automations

You can build automations that act on your records automatically. You are responsible for the workflows you publish and enable, and for what they do, including messages or changes they create. Review the validation results and run history, and pause a workflow if it misbehaves.

8. Proposals, invoices and the client portal

Tririse records proposals, invoices and payments and lets you share some of them with your clients. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for the accuracy and legal effect of the documents you issue. Clients see only what you share with them.

9. Acceptable use

Do not:

To report a security concern, write to us. Please do not publish details until we have had a chance to respond.

10. Our property

Tririse, its software, design, text and branding belong to RiseGrid Solutions and its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business while these terms apply. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep Tririse available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, add or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes. We may update these terms and will tell customers about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and results. We do not guarantee that e-mails will be delivered, opened or answered, or that any outcome, revenue or growth will follow.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RiseGrid Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or, if you paid nothing, to a nominal sum. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover the reasonable costs of claims brought against us by a third party that arise from the e-mails you send, the data you upload or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.

15. Suspension and ending use

You can stop using Tririse at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms, puts others or the service at risk, or is required by law, and will give notice where we reasonably can. When access ends, sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers, liability and indemnity) continue to apply.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts there have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to use your own courts. We would like to hear about a problem first, so please write to us and we will try to resolve it in good faith.

17. General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If part of them is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights without our consent. We may transfer ours in a merger, sale or reorganization.
