How it works

The whole product, step by step.

Watch one campaign go from a list of rows to approved, personal e-mails, then see every module that turns replies into growth.

One campaign, five steps

From a spreadsheet to a send — nothing is a black box.

  1. 01

    Bring your leads in

Connect a Google Sheet and map its columns once. Tririse reads each row, flags duplicates and rows without a valid address, and keeps the sheet up to date.

  2. 02

    Brief the AI

Tell it what the e-mail should achieve. Add your company profile, your writing rules and, if you wish, an offer to mention. The AI always receives the same six labelled inputs, in the same order.

  3. 03

    Read the first drafts

The AI writes the first few e-mails exactly as they would be sent. You can ask for a revision with a short note, write one again, or edit it yourself.

  4. 04

    A person approves

Approval covers the exact prompt, company profile, senders, sheet and promotion. If any of them changes, approval has to be given again.

  5. 05

    Send, follow up, listen

E-mails go out at your pace and within your sending window. A reply stops the follow-ups, bounces are recorded and unsubscribes are respected in every campaign.

The growth engine

Quality in, growth out.

Each stage feeds the next. Here is what happens, and which features make it happen.

01

Reach the right people

Growth starts with a list that deserves an e-mail. Tririse keeps duplicates, empty rows and people who opted out out of every send, so none of your sending reputation is wasted.

  • Google Sheets import
  • Column mapping and preview
  • Duplicate flags
  • Tags and custom fields
  • Live search and filters

What you gain: Fewer bounces, fewer wasted sends, a list you can trust.

02

Say something worth answering

Every e-mail is written for one person from their own data, your company profile, your writing rules and, when you attach one, your offer. You read the samples before anything leaves.

  • AI e-mail per row
  • Company profile
  • Writing rules
  • Promotions
  • Revise with AI
  • Approval

What you gain: More replies, because each message sounds like it was written for the reader.

03

Follow up without nagging

Follow-ups go in the same thread at your pace and stop the moment someone replies, bounces or unsubscribes. Several senders share the load, each within its own daily limit.

  • Threaded follow-ups
  • Auto-stop on reply
  • Pace and sending window
  • Daily caps
  • Shared senders

What you gain: Consistent persistence that never turns into spam.

04

Turn replies into deals

Replies land on the right lead. AI can label them, and automations you build yourself create the task, tag the lead or notify the owner so nothing slips.

  • Reply tracking
  • AI reply classification
  • Leads and deals
  • Pipelines
  • Tasks
  • Automation

What you gain: Warm replies are acted on within minutes, not whenever someone notices.

05

Close, deliver and keep clients

The deal you won becomes a proposal, an invoice and a project, all attached to the same relationship. Clients get a portal and support tickets with response targets.

  • Proposals
  • Invoices
  • Projects
  • Support tickets
  • Client portal

What you gain: Revenue and delivery stay in one story, so clients stay.

06

Grow safely as the team grows

Roles decide who can open and do what, approval is separate from sending, senders are verified, and everything sensitive is recorded.

  • Role-based access
  • Verified senders (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Unsubscribe built in
  • Audit history

What you gain: More people and more volume without losing control.

Inside the product

Every module, explained.

What each part does, and how it connects to the rest.

Leads that arrive clean

Connect a Google Sheet, map its columns once and keep it in sync. You see what would be imported before anything is.

  • One source per spreadsheet, many tabs
  • Preview, duplicate flags and rows to review
  • Scheduled or on-demand sync with a history

One personal e-mail per row

Write what the e-mail should do. The AI drafts every row from the person’s own data, and you read the samples before anything leaves.

  • Revise with a note, write again or edit by hand
  • Pace, daily caps and sending window
  • Threaded follow-ups that stop on reply, bounce or unsubscribe

Offers the AI actually uses

Create a promotion with a headline, details, discount and link. Attach it to a campaign and it is worked into every e-mail.

  • Valid dates and an on/off switch
  • The page shows which promotion the AI was given
  • Changing it clears the approval, on purpose

Your own mailboxes

Send from Gmail or Zoho through your own connection. Share a campaign across several senders, each within its own daily limit.

  • Only verified, enabled senders can send
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks with clear next steps
  • Replies come back to the right lead

A CRM behind every send

Leads, contacts, companies, deals and tasks, each with an owner and a timeline of everything that happened.

  • Live search, filters, tags and custom fields
  • Assign owners, link records and merge duplicates
  • Pipeline stages you define

From accepted to delivered

When a deal closes, proposals, invoices and projects stay connected to the relationship behind them.

  • Accepted proposals are locked
  • Issued invoices cannot be edited; payments are recorded
  • Projects with private attachments

Support and a client portal

Tickets keep internal notes apart from public replies, with response targets. Clients see only what you share, in their own portal.

  • SLA clocks and working hours
  • Internal notes can’t leak into replies
  • Separate sign-in for clients

AI you can trust

Six clear inputs. One person in charge.

Every e-mail is assembled from the same labelled sections, in the same order. The AI may only use facts you gave it, and it never sends anything.

  1. 1

    Internal instructions

Who the AI is and what its job is.

  2. 2

    Your writing rules

Length, structure, tone and call to action.

  3. 3

    Promotion

The offer to mention, only if you attach one.

  4. 4

    Company profile

What you do, and what you never say.

  5. 5

    Lead data

One person’s fields, treated strictly as data.

  6. 6

    Campaign prompt

What this particular e-mail should achieve.

Fields from your sheet are treated strictly as data. Instructions hidden inside a spreadsheet cell are ignored.

Built-in safeguards

Speed that doesn’t cut corners.

Approval is exact

It covers the prompt, company profile, senders, sheet tab and promotion. Change one and approval is withdrawn.

Unsubscribes win

Everyone who unsubscribes is skipped in every campaign, from then on.

Replies stop follow-ups

A reply, a bounce or an unsubscribe ends the sequence for that person at once.

Your pace, your window

Daily caps, random gaps, sending days and hours — set per campaign.

Your own mailbox

E-mails go from the Gmail or Zoho address you connected.

Everything on the record

Each e-mail, reply and status lands on the lead’s timeline.
