1. What we collect
- Access requests: your name, email, organization and a short message.
- Account data: your email, role and sign-in activity.
- Workspace data: the leads, contacts, messages, documents and files your organization adds.
- Connections: tokens for services you connect, such as Google or Zoho, stored protected.
2. How we use it
To review access requests, provide and secure the service, and operate the features your organization turns on. We do not sell personal data.
4. AI processing
If your organization enables an AI provider, relevant text is sent to that provider to produce a classification or draft. Inputs and outputs are recorded for review, and a person approves output before use.
5. Retention & security
We keep data while your organization's account is active and as needed for records. Safeguards include organization isolation, role-based access, bounded inputs, request limits and an audit trail. No system is perfectly secure.
6. Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to law and your organization's own obligations. Contacts reached by email can unsubscribe through the link in each message.
7. Cookies
The product uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and secure. This marketing site does not intentionally use advertising cookies.
