Terms of Service

The rules for using Tririse, in plain language. Last updated 8 October 2026.

Draft for owner and legal review. This page describes how the product works today. RiseGrid Solutions must confirm the legal entity name, governing law and contact address before publication.

1. Acceptance

By using Tririse, a product of RiseGrid Solutions ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you may bind that organization.

2. Accounts & access

Access is provisioned by an administrator; there is no public sign-up. Keep your credentials confidential and tell your administrator promptly if you suspect misuse. Organization administrators are responsible for the staff they add and the roles they assign.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access another organization's data or bypass controls.
  • Do not send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited bulk messages, or ignore unsubscribe and suppression requests.
  • Do not probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Your data

Your organization owns the data it puts into Tririse. We process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to import and contact the people in your data.

5. AI features

AI output can be wrong. A person must review it before it is used, and you remain responsible for what you send or share.

6. Email & sending

Live campaign sending is disabled unless and until the owner enables it. When enabled, you must comply with applicable email and anti-spam law and honor unsubscribes.

7. Preview status

Tririse is a private preview. Features may change, and the service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed uptime level. No payment processor is connected and no fees are charged through the product.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. RiseGrid Solutions will confirm the governing law before publication.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above. To ask a question, use Request access and mention your question.
